`He likes keeping his hands busy. He secretly likes to fix stuff, from electronics to old clocks. Opening things up and figuring out how they work number among his favorite things to do.
`Gym class is his favorite class.
`He also secretly likes to play videogames, but he would never admit that if someone asked him. His room is littered with figurines from video games. How gross.
`He likes spicy foods, but there is a limit to how spicy.
`He only likes semi-sweet foods. Things that are two sweet give him a stomach ache.
`He likes receiving presents, even if he doesn't like the present.
`He likes it when girls aren't afraid of him.
`His PAMFUNG cellphone. He would probably die without it.
`He likes picking fights

Dislikes:
`He hates pain and being hurt, yet somehow finds himself bandaged up all the time.
`He hates literature courses.
`He hates his older brother who is really annoying. 
`When girls get scared of him and run away, he becomes extremely sad.
`He hates sitting in the back row of the class because he actually has bad eyesight but doesn't wear his glasses.
`When people point out how tall he is in comparison to other guys.
`Girls who are taller than him.
`When a game has a boss who is way stronger than the final boss before the final boss.


Personality:
Yuuta is a master of procrastination. He managed to get in to Rikuruto with pure luck and willpower, as he crammed for the entrance examination for 3 days beforehand. Since accomplishing this feat, he has quickly sunken back into his old habits of doing work mere hours before it's due. 

He's a nice person at heart, but he's bad at expressing his feelings. If someone confessed to him, while he would be extremely happy, he would probably first answer with a gruff "why", because he knows that some people might be intimidated by him. Of course, to other's hearing, this might sound threatening, when in reality he is simply curious.

He doesn't like to be bothered with honorifics, so nearly everyone will be addressed with a "-san". He's bad at remembering faces, so teachers might mistakenly be called as much for a couple weeks, too.

He can be violent. He's basically a delinquent, but he's kindhearted, too! He's the kind of guy who doesn't maneuver out of the way if he's walking on a collision course with someone else on the sidewalk. Needless to say, this has gotten him into troublesome spots many times in the past, and will likely cause trouble in the future.

He can also be pretty clumsy if he isn't watching his step. He's also kind of a baby, and doesn't handle pain very well. Since he's kind of small, he uses his stature to his advantage and tries to maneuver in fights to avoid physical harm. He just isn't that great at dodging. One would think he's learned his lesson by now, but he still shows up with a bandaged cheek every couple of days.

Basically, one could expect that if Yuuta went to the beach with a group of other people and some punks started hitting on the girls in the group, Yuuta wouldn't hesitate to defend them physically, and in doing so he ends up tripping and falling into a tide pool, covered in bruises and cuts. Poor boy.

Bio:
Takenaka Yuuta was born a sprightly and cute child, to a mother and father. He is the second son of the Takenaka household, behind an older brother, Yuuichiro, who has 8 years on him. Yuuichiro was essentially the model older brother, and now looks to have a promising future in the medicinal industry. Yuuta.... does not. He lavished in being the younger sibling who got everything he wanted, and dragged his legs through his education.

Growing up, it was evident rather early that he was not going to be the tallest of his classmates, and once his parents started cracking down on his schoolwork he developed a surly and rebellious demeanor. Of course, this crack down helped him perfect his talent of being able to do just enough work to pass, and pushing it off to as late as possible. 

Wanting to be free of his parent's domineering influence and his older brother's intimidating shadow, he applied to a school that was a long distance from his home and friends in Nagoya, Rikuruto-Gakuen. "A school for teenagers to be teenagers" was it's promise, and it had dorms for students who needed them. Well, maybe he could handle that...

Extras: 
`He ties his bangs back when he wants to focus on what's in front of him. This is usually only if he's working on fixing something.
`He doesn't wear the mandatory tie because he <s>doesn't know how to tie a tie</s> doesn't want to. But he will wear it if he gets caught. It's always in his locker.
`Don't call him any nicknames, he'll probably get angry.
`He is deathly afraid of ghosts.
`Before he left, his mother scolded him harshly and told him not to cause any trouble or he would be going to a strict boarding school.
`His hair color is naturally blue. It doesn't help much with his status as a delinquent, but he isn't one to fuss about hair.
`He  has the high score in the Galaga game at his local arcade, and periodically checks back to make sure no one has beaten it.
`His older brother adores him and frequently sends him gifts, though his older brother isn't sure what he likes, so often the gifts end up in the trash.
`He's nice, I promise! Though, he can flare up if people read his name wrong or point out his height.
`He hates pain with a passion, and can be a whiny baby about it.
`He doesn't spend a lot of the living expenses money that his parents send him so he can buy the next PAMFUNG phone when it comes out.
`He hopes to get some saps together to front for a Request Club, so he can fix stuff like he likes to do, and also help people out.
